First things first...
Getting started on ConnectNow requires just a little preparation. Before you log on to the system, you must make sure that you have the following information on hand:
       • Your Social Security Number
       • The Birthdates and Social Security Numbers of your Dependents
       • Primary Clinic information, for the Dental Insurance Plan(s)

Log on!
Next, you need to log onto the system. ConnectNow requires a username and password. Your username is the first 6 characters of your last name, followed by the first letter of your first name, followed by the last 4 digits of your Social Security Number. Your password is your Social Security Number.
